Have they a plan? Not to conquer the world, of course. We, as contributors, have a little naughty and nasty theory about what’s happening to our weird frozen earnings.

No matter what you do: they Always remain the same.

Here’s what we thing it’s happening: SS monitor some working accounts. If they work until a given amount of earnings in a given range of time, they set that amount of earnings and there you are and stay forever.

No matter if you upload 2000 images a month, no matter if you pump up with videos. Had they set up a threshold of earnings per-contributor? If you earned 200, and your images work, you keep earning 200. Neither less nor more. Did you earn 4000? You (lucky bastard) will keep earning 4000. They are creating an “everyone is happy” environment, but you can’t earn more. Ok, you are not getting down, but it’s impossible to improve or enhance your performance.

And, honestly, I simply NEED more money. I’m not working SO hard. But some friends of mine are. They work hard, they upload constantly a huge amount of content, images and videos, they have a good technique, they follow the rules, enhance their content with the good editing, lighting, scenics, props, models, makeup and hair stylists. But there is NO WAY to earn more. If videos earn more, then something happens to images sales… is there a CAP you’re reaching? Is there a maximum fixed for every contributor you’re getting up to?

There is no point in doing more if we can’t earn more.

There are lots of crappy images that only increase the total number of (useless) assets. The only matter they are useful to is exactly that: the total AMOUNT. Ok, I can understand it. But please, keep the crappy images out of the ranking algorythm.

Se siete Italiani: ecco la teoria del gomblottho! Alcuni hanno il sospetto, osservando il lavoro duro che fanno e gli zero cambiamenti nei guadagni, che sia stato fissato un guadagno specifico per-utente, in modo da lasciare tutti contentini, ma senza che niente cambi troppo (molto gattopardesco) … la cosa può essere piacevole se guadagni pochino ma non scendi. La cosa fa schifo al cazzo se stai pompando come un bastardo per aumentare i guadagni e qualsiasi cosa tu faccia non cambiano. Esempio? Alcuni stanno pompando a mille con i video… e i guadagni sui video aumentano e … magicamente quelli delle foto CROLLANO fino a che il guadagno totale mensile rimane sostanzialmente invariato. Da mesi. Questo non ti spinge di certo a fare un buon lavoro per migliorare, se capisci che qualsiasi cosa tu faccia non miglioererai.
